Hi Marianne: Thank you for choosing Staywinterpark and taking the time to write a review. We are glad the accommodations suit your expectations. Thank you for addressing the minor issues you have with our front desk staff, they did set notes in the reservation for Housekeeping to follow up on the heat and also stock up the soap. Thank you again and we hope to see you in the near future. StayWinterPark reservations
