Doing business with this company has been the worst experience! They tricked us into this contract, and now they are never going to let us go. The service is terrible and not even worth what they try and charge. We just want them to let us leave!

Working with this company has been an incredibly frustrating experience. We feel misled into signing a contract that now feels impossible to get out of. The service they provide falls far short of expectations and certainly isn’t worth the price they demand. We’re simply asking for the freedom to move on, but it feels like they’re holding us back at every turn. This situation has been both disappointing and exhausting, and all we want is a fair resolution.

I don’t know if it is possible to put into words just how much I regret ever doing business with this company. The resorts are nowhere near worth being tricked into a contract that never ends. I want to be done with them, but they will not let me leave! You can find much cheaper vacations without a contract elsewhere.

Many people, myself included, get lured in by promises that sound too good to be true, picturing a luxurious getaway that turns out to be a letdown. They made it sound perfect, like it would solve all my travel worries. But their tactics were manipulative, designed to push you into saying yes, no matter what. Their salespeople are geniuses at lying. Do not fall for anything they say. They'll sell you something cheap, then call back a year later and say they don't even offer what you have because you can't use it, and try to sell you another plan. You will end up in an agreement to pay a loan off, and then continue to pay rising annual fees for the rest of your life. It is so much cheaper to vacation without a timeshare or membership. Trying to get out of it since 2023.
