FORMAL COMPLAINT REGARDING UNPAID…
FORMAL COMPLAINT REGARDING UNPAID WITHDRAWAL OF UAH 29,000 Platform: Stawki.bet Withdrawal request ID: 141237835 Date of withdrawal request: September 28, 2026, at 21:27 Amount: UAH 29,000 Dear Stawki.bet Support and Management Team, I am submitting this formal complaint regarding the failure to receive my withdrawal of UAH 29,000. On September 28, 2026, at 21:27, I submitted a withdrawal request for UAH 29,000 under request number 141237835. The amount was immediately deducted from my gaming balance, and the withdrawal status subsequently appeared as “Completed.” However, despite the completed status, the funds have never arrived in my bank account. I have previously made withdrawals from Stawki.bet using the same Ukrainian bank card, and those withdrawals were processed successfully. This makes the current situation particularly concerning, as this is the only withdrawal that has not reached my account. I have contacted customer support and my VIP manager repeatedly. I have received repeated apologies and explanations about technical issues and delays involving the payment provider. However, I have not received any verifiable proof that the funds were actually transferred, any transaction reference number, or a definite resolution date. I consider the repeated generic responses unacceptable after such a prolonged delay. I therefore formally request the following: 1. Written confirmation of whether the UAH 29,000 withdrawal was actually transferred to the payment provider. 2. If the payment was sent, the exact transfer date, transaction ID, and verifiable proof of payment. 3. If the payment was not sent, a clear explanation of why the withdrawal is marked as “Completed” and when my funds will be released. 4. Immediate resolution of this matter, either by crediting the full UAH 29,000 to my bank card or by returning the funds to my gaming balance. 5. Escalation of this complaint to the head of the payments department or another responsible senior manager. I have cooperated with customer support and waited patiently. However, I will no longer accept repeated statements that my request is “being processed” without supporting evidence or a concrete outcome. Please register this as a formal complaint and provide a substantive written response addressing each point above. If this matter remains unresolved, I reserve the right to submit complaints to the relevant regulatory authorities and other competent bodies, and to pursue any further remedies available to me. I expect a transparent explanation and the resolution of my outstanding withdrawal of UAH 29,000. Withdrawal request ID: 141237835 Amount owed: UAH 29,000 Date of request: September 28, 2026 Yours faithfully
