I was very surprised to get my birth certificate sent about a month after I applied. I had read some complaints that it takes a long time or I didn’t need to use the third-party service but by golly I paid my whatever it was and now I have a perfect beautiful birth certificate and I can finally get my real ID from the California DMV.

The website was clear and user-friendly. It didn't take me long to find what I was looking for. Additionally, when I had questions, the customer service team responded promptly and professionally. A+ service all the way!!

I had an excellent experience -- process was straightforward, quick and user-friendly. Customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Highly recommend!!

It was fast and easy! I was able to send in my information for my birth certificate and notarize online quickly. I will use this service again.

Answered any question I had in a timely manner. Very efficient. Completed my order in a matter of minutes.

The support team responded quickly to my questions about using a receipt for the I-9 Form. I also liked the fact that I could save my request process for later so I don't have to fill out all the forms again.

I talked to Abby. She was happy to correct my mistake very polite and informative. She is Great. I'm happy she was the first person I talked to today. She gave it a great start.

Everything happened so fast and smooth. No frustration here like with other sites. The links worked first time, the questions were thorough, and the response was amazing! Thank you! Linda
