I have ordered from Stateside many times over the past 6 months. My orders is always exact and shipped quickly. The customer service there is spot on. I will order from them again in the near future.

For the most part I have been very happy with my orders through Stateside. My only complaint is that the don't give estimated ETA's on when the will have more of the beads that show as out of stock.

All the beads I've gottin have been beautiful and never had a problem for an item to be returned my jewelry is so much prettier with color

The rainbow magnetic beads looked colorful and shiny on the website. When I received them I was disappointed to see that they were not colorful or shiny and that they are very small compared to the picture. The picture does say not actual size. They also are much less magnetic than I thought they would be. I would not purchase any items from this company again. All that said, the order was handled quickly and I received the order very quickly. It wasn't the service I didn't like, it was the product.

I am very satisfied with all the services I have had with stateside.
