Unfortunately our experience with this company was disappointing, even frustrating. The products received were not refurbished, as advertised. All three units arrived late, scratched and bent. One of the three did not work. We were overcharged as well. We followed the company’s process to request a refund, but we have now been waiting for our refund for a month. We have been told several times we are getting a refund, but nothing happens. Strongly suggest avoiding the hassle and shop elsewhere as other reviewers have recommended.

They went the extra mile to get a part to me over night I received it the next day

This company is a complete scam. Do not trust their prices on their website as apparently they are just a estimated price. The true price is going to jump up after purchase. I "purchased" 4 hard drives at roughly $215 each. Got the e-mail that said basically: thank you for your purchase we will send an e-mail to confirm shipment. Couple of days later I got the e-mail that says: Thank you for placing your order for Qty 4. """ Since the previous inventory has been fully allocated, the pricing has been updated based on our latest available stock. The current approved price is $375 per unit. To add value and support this order, I have secured approval to provide an extended 50-day warranty at no additional charge. """ So swaparoo, my purchase went from $215 x 4 to $375 x 4. What's the purpose of a website if you're going to deceive on the prices and change them once you input all your credit card information and contact information to the company? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is deception and fraud.

The service and response was excellent. They managed to go out of the way to provide us with solutions to meet our requirements.

I recently bought a monitor from Statedrives, and overall, the experience was great. The delivery was on time, just as promised. We did run into a small hiccup when the payment was initially rejected, which was stressful at first. But Eddie, our account manager, handled it amazingly. He stayed on top of things, kept me updated, and worked with his team to get the issue resolved by the next business day. Big thanks to Eddie for turning what could have been a headache into a positive experience.

I spoke with the company directly. The product and price and quality level was agreed upon. I was invoiced for my purchase, which I paid. Days later when no product showed up I contacted them. I was informed that they did not do their internal testing in advance to completing the sale and requested additional money. In this situation a good business would substitute an equal or better product because of their internal mistake or lack of preparation. State Drives did not do this, even though a suitable product replacement was available. Good business prevent problems. Great businesses handle the problems with class when they arise. I can not recommend State Drives and caution you against dealing with them.

Tried to purchase a kit of DDR5 ram, order went through, after a few days of no shipment email I contacted them to check the order status, I was then told my order had not been processed or fulfilled due to a "glitch" on their website not showing the "correct" price. I was then informed the correct (gouged) price was over three times the advertised price and they would fulfill the order if I agreed to the higher price. Do not purchase from this company, if a specific component starts to rise in price and you happen to order it before they raise their website prices they will tell you to get lost.
