We use them all the time for our replacement phone needs and we've never been unhappy. Great phones for a great price and beats the 300% more we would pay to buy brand new.

When we first received the phone, the handle did not work, only the speaker worked. We could hear the person calling us but the person on the other end couldn't hear a word we said. We realized only the speaker worker. We did not want to return it back so we tried different things, it still did not work. Then we decided to change the current handle with one of the inter-tel phones we have and it has been working perfectly since. We are glad we did not have to return it and that it is working great.
