Startechtel.comReviews of startechtel.com

I always get our phones and phone accessories through startechel. They continue to carry the phones we've been using for years and the delivery is always prompt.

I found what I needed. The pricing was good. The service was excellent. The best part is that I found what I needed. I love my telephone system and this purchase allows me to continue to use it.

StarTechTel is a good place to get hard to find equipment for an old PBX like we currently have. The prices are always very good.

EXCELLENT SERVICE - RECEIVED PRODUCT PROMPLY

We ordered an apartment phone, which was depicted in the photo with a weather and vandal-resistant case. Nowhere in the product description did it say they exterior case was sold separately, so we were surprised when we got the phone and it wasn't with it. The phone manual clearly stated on the front that the case was sold separately so we have ordered it. It would've been nice to know up front, though, as this only delays the installation. However, the price was still the best I could find anywhere, and the phone arrived in a short time. (Ordered on 11/30, delivered by 12/5) All in all, a good review--but more accurate product description would be a good thing to look into.
