declined my credit card which was valid they were using a out dated chip reader

I'm still waiting on information on voice mail problem

We appreciate your feedback, Karl. You spoke with a representative who informed you that we unfortunately do not provide technical support for your Avaya voicemail. What we can provide is a copy of the Avaya manual, which our representative emailed to you after you called in. If you are still having issues, it may be in your best interest to contact an Avaya technician.
We placed an order for a phone and a charger but only received the phone. When we were informed that there was an error with the part number listing and that the part number that we ordered didn't include the charger we still had to pay for shipping on the charger. We have all the necessary parts now which arrived in fine working condition. Not the worst experience but definitely not the best experience.

The fans work, but they are very noisy and loud.
