I totally appreciate the hearing aids although they do not reach the end of the ear canal. That is the only complaint I have. They have improved my heating.🤗

The staff at Good Sound Audiology are very friendly and professional. The devices have had a few issues but they've been resolved.

I was expecting the sound to be a little more crisp and pure. I am still completely satisfied with my experience with first hearing aids though.
