Happy with my new Edge AI hearing aids and with my provider, SoundPoint, Coon Rapids, MN

They work! I can hear so much better! I’m still adjusting to the physical part of having them in my ears and behind my ears. They slip out a bit often. Then, between glasses, the occasional mask wearing and tucking hair behind my ears…it’s a lot. However, it’s all definitely worth it. If I had known I may have picked the devices that sit inside the ear instead of the one with the “box” in back.

Not as clear as suggested Expensive

These hearing aids work better than my old ones. but I miss the smaller cleaning brushes. The large onein the does not work as well.

Sean was spot on with getting my aids adjusted to hear much better than I can remember, honest and knowledgable about the product and its abilities. Feel I can trust him to take care of my needs as they change.

Audiologist was professional, pleasant, and helpful -- in explaining the differences in aids available and in how to use to best advantage. Also very helpful in adjusting aids to my personal needs and preferences.

The hearing aids are waterproof, a big plus! My "old" aids were not and had to be dehumidified every night. Sound quality is good but I wish they could be adjusted by cell phone. I'd buy them again.
