RIP OFF AI pics with no frames
Ok, yes I knew it was AI generated. 1st picture I asked for looked good, second one looked nothing like my sister and told them to look at the first pic. Not only refused but WOULD NOT CANCEL. Then I got the picture rolled up, not framed. For the PRICE they charged it should have been framed. What a JOKE. I asked for a refund and they flat out said no. The 2nd one doesn't even look like my sister and I told them that. They conveniently said it was already shipped. WHY, I told them it was wrong before it was done. They told me it was on their website that they weren't framed. I said it should have showed it in BOLD print at checkout. Way to go, rip off a senior, retired VET. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened and the solutions we've offered. Our Fine Art Prints are sold unframed and shipped rolled in protective packaging, as shown in our product photos and explained on our website. Many customers choose this option to use their own customized frames. However, we appreciate your feedback and understand the importance of making this distinction clear before purchase. Regarding the portrait itself, every customer has the opportunity to review and approve their personalized artwork before production. We also provide a 2-hour cancellation window after an order is placed. Once this period has passed and the approved order has entered production, cancellation is no longer possible under our custom-product policy. What we want to emphasize is that we did not simply refuse to help. Despite the original order having already been produced and shipped, we took several steps to resolve the situation: - We offered a completely free replacement portrait, allowing a new image to be generated and selected. - We escalated the complaint to our management team, who approved an additional upgrade to a larger, 12×18-inch stretched canvas, ready to hang. - We offered this upgraded replacement completely free of charge, including shipping, with no additional payment required. These solutions were communicated directly, and our offer remains available. We recognize that personalized artwork carries significant emotional value, and we never want a customer to feel disappointed or unheard. Although we cannot reverse the production and delivery of a customized order, we have made every effort to offer a fair and generous resolution. Our commitment is not just to delivering personalized artwork, but also to standing behind our products and working toward a solution when expectations aren't met.
