It's been 1 year since I've started using Square invoicing for all of my business transactions... it's been a beautiful transition from paper book receipts. I have a wash/dry/fold (laundry) & cleaning service. I can attach photos of my services to each invoice, and send them straight to my clients. Square invoicing keeps track of how often my clients use my business and helps us understand their needs. Thank you for allowing me to connect with my clients from old school life styles to today's new technology.

Convenient and easy to use but fees could be reduced for merchants.

We have an embroidery business with a gift shop. I use the invoice feature quite a bit for customers that have placed orders. I do have items that have modifiers, different charges for embroidery. I would really like if we can select the modifier more than one time. For example, when I charge for a shirt, I add a charge for a chest logo, but sometimes a customer wants to put a different logo on the other side. So I have to separately charge for that second embroidery charge. Besides that, I really like it. I would also like for the invoice ID to auto generate using the number system I use.

I like that it’s simple to use without putting customers information. Just add cost and then swipe their card. I hate that square charges fees.

Useful. Gets expensive at the end of the year but useful. I like the free transfer if you wait 1-2 days.

Charges are a little hire them I agree with . But does very well on dependability.

Service is great and works for my business but the rates are a bit expensive so I am shopping around for better deals. The only reason I would stop using square is for a service that charges less for transactions.

The SQUARE invoices app ( desktop or mobile ) is very good and intuitive. Everything is easy and very apparent.
