Staff stood around doing nothing at Swindon store. Ice cream scoop of tuna was rediculous for one and half potatoes . Staff are too young , too slow and the food was nothing spectacular. No thanks

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my visit. The potato wasn't served hot—it was made up of one potato that had already been cut and left on the counter from the previous order, along with another whole potato that had also been sitting there. By the time it was my turn, both had cooled down, so the meal was only warm at best. The flavours were good, but a baked potato should really be served piping hot. I also felt the portion of topping, particularly the chicken, was quite small. For a tenner I expected better quality and value. I hope this was just an off day, as there is definitely potential.

“three cheese mix” was not served as the staff were using packet cheese from the bp garage. Jacket potato itself was lukewarm. Just not the experience that’s expected.

Went to SpudBros Liverpool and was really disappointed. Cold potato, skin soggy and not crispy at all. Cheese didn’t melt because of how cold the potato was, and even the beans were not warm enough to melt it. Cost £42 for 4 people to have this mediocre food as well so not even cheap for what it is. Won’t be going back. I can’t see this business lasting long. It’s busy now because people, like me, are wanting to try it due to social media presence, but they are going to have no repeat customers at all and so it won’t be long until it ends up shutting.
