Hi Lucrezia, We understand how frustrating this situation can be. Our team is working around the clock to resolve the current limitations on SpritzCard. In the meantime, all other services, including on-ramp and off-ramp transactions, are working as usual. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates as soon as possible. Let us know if you have any questions. Best, The Spritz Support Team
Quick response and helpful response. Cordial chat. Same fellow that helped me a year ago. I love the continuity that way!

Hi there, We understand how frustrating this is, and we apologize for the sudden disruption. The SpritzCard pause was due to restrictions imposed by our card partner as part of their fraud investigation. While this was outside of our control, your funds remain completely safe. As of today, off-ramping and other core services are fully operational again. Now, we’re focused on restoring SpritzCards as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience as we work toward a resolution. Best, The Spritz Team
