I have been ripped off by this store. I ordered two XL people sleep pods. They have never been received. Has anyone managed to get a refund from them and why are Facebook still letting them advertise?

I placed an order but never received it. The tracker said it was delivered but I always get my packages. This one never came. I want a refund or my order. They are not a good company. Will not order again from this company.

REPORTED TO ACTION FRAUD AND THE BANK If Sadly you have made a purchase with this deceitful company i would recommend you raise a dispute with the payment provider immediately Shame on INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK FOR ALLOWING THESE SCAMMING CHINESE SCUMBAGS TO ADVERTISE ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

Like so many others I have been scammed. Ordered two healing nest beds and received two pairs of cheap and nasty socks.

BIG SCAMMERS!! I got the socks as well instead of healing nests…so very disappointed ☹️

Ordered dog bed received socks instead. No good for my elderly dog. Avoid these scammers, was told delivered but was not , & they are not replying to my emails.

SCAM I ordered the nesting bed and got 4 pairs of sox, pretty expensive socks. LOL contacted company and got not response

I got scammed. Ordered 2 nesting beds in January. Tracking claimed it bounced around China, then said my package was Delivered to mailbox on February 11, 2023. It was a 5 pack of socks 🤬😡🤬😡
