Hi Lauren, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm so sorry to hear that you have had such a bad Sprinly experience. We always want you to have a positive one. It looks like we already took care of you for your warm delivery and I am so so sorry that your first experience was subpar. A warm delivery is not up to our standards at all. I have spoken with our Logistics Manager and I wanted to let you know that we can actually switch you to an even more expedited shipping for the warm summer months so that your meals are shipped overnight. This way, we can always guarantee you receive your meals fresh and cool. We're happy to do this at no additional cost to you so you can enjoy our delicious meals! Just let us know if there is ever anything we can do to help you on your wellness journey! In regards to the meals piling up, I am not sure if you know but you have the option to skip any week of meals at any frequency you choose! Once subscribed and logged into your customer portal, you will navigate to the My Subscription page. Scroll down to view the meal selectors for each upcoming week of deliveries. To skip a week of deliveries, tap or click the little white circle button a the top right corner of the meal selector. Then, wait a moment as the page reloads and refreshes with your updates completed! 😊 We have 4 weeks of meals available on the My Subscription page for your review at any given time. You can skip them alternatingly for an "every other week" delivery frequency, or skip 3 of them and leave the 4th one unskipped for a "monthly" delivery. Some of our clients even order meals only during the first or last full week of the month! New meal selectors will populate at the bottom of the My Subscription page each week, so you'll want to make sure that you're checking back as regularly as you need to for proper management of your delivery cycle. And, of course, you can always place your account on an indefinite pause, where your account will simply be frozen until you log in and choose to reactivate. Hi Cheyenne, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm so sorry to hear that you have had such a bad Sprinly experience. We always want you to have a positive one. This is so distressing to hear, I can only imagine how frustrating this has been for you! The summer has really tested our packaging and insulation 😥 I totally understand why you cancelled your subscription, especially since this happened not only once but twice. I would really like to give it another more shot! Whether this is a shipping issue, or if someone on our Box Packing line has gotten sloppy, I am reporting this to our Logistics and our Operations Managers to resolve this for you, and for any other client who may be experiencing these issues this summer. Further, we have a super special list of clients that get extra attention when we pack and ship your meals, and I really think that this could help you. Is there any chance you'd be willing to allow us one more opportunity to impress you? I would gladly add you to this list for the foreseeable future, so that you always get this extra special care! We would also love to send you two free weeks of meals to make up for the 2 weeks of meals that arrived warm and no longer fresh so you get a chance to try out meals and enjoy! Please let me know if this is something you would like to try, I truly believe that you would enjoy continued meal deliveries.
