Hi Debbie, Thank you for your review and for being a Springtime customer. We are sorry to hear that you are not having luck with the Bug Off Garlic. The bugs do seem to be extremely bad this year, and we have heard from customers that they are doubling or tripling the dose that they normally give. There has been no change in our garlic, it is still 100% pure garlic granules and we have been using the same supplier for over 25 years. We suspect that the reason some people are seeing an increase in insect activity has to do with the fact that our weather has gotten progressively warmer and wetter in the last few years. These are perfect conditions for bugs such as fleas and ticks, and even though they typically will go dormant during long stretches of very cold weather. The fact that we have not had as cold of weather, and when we do, it is typically in shorter "snaps" than we have historically seen, not only are the insects more active, but they can reproduce more, so we are seeing exponentially more bugs than what might be considered "normal". Hi Danny, Thank you for taking the time to review our company. We are sorry to hear that your dog is no longer a fan of our Bug Off Garlic! If you haven't already, we would recommend stopping for a few days and then slowly reintroduce it. Start off with a small fraction of the dose and go from there, and if they don't want to take it in that dose, scale back and start with an even smaller dose. You may want to mix in a preferred treat as well, such as canned dog food, gravy, or yogurt to help the get back on track. If for some reason, your dogs still are not a fan, you are more than welcome to return your unopened containers within 60 days of your order for a refund!
