Oil leakage

I recently ordered an oil for my labrador retreiver. the bottles came and the oil had leaked out of the bottles causing the labels to be stained with oil. I called, not for a refund but to let Springtime know this had happened. The representative said that this sometimes happened and I felt like she was saying it was something I had to put up with. I would think that Springtime would want to be aware of this and try to correct the problem. We have been ordering from Springtime on and off for years and this was the first time I was unhappy with the representative I spoke to.

Before every order leaves our facility, our packing team checks that the lids are tightened securely. Unfortunately, despite those checks, minor leakage can occasionally occur during shipping as packages are jostled in transit. While we never want it to happen, it is not unusual enough to indicate that a bottle was packed incorrectly, which is why we wanted to reassure you that your experience, while frustrating, was not the result of the lid being overlooked during packing. We're also sorry that our explanation came across as dismissive. Our intention was simply to reassure you that a small amount of leakage can occasionally happen in transit, not to suggest that your concerns weren't important.
