Hey M, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I'm sorry to hear that your questions were not fully addressed and that your experience didn't match your expectations. Transparency and integrity are core values for us, and we never purchase reviews; doing so would compromise our integrity and fairness. All testimonials we showcase are genuine experiences from our real students, and we’d be more than happy to connect you directly with some of them or invite you to view testimonials openly shared on Thach’s social media channels @thachnguyen. We sincerely want to ensure all your questions are clearly answered. If you're open to it, please reach out, and we'd be glad to help further. Thank you again for your feedback.

Hey Christian, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our enrollment process includes qualification criteria to ensure that each participant is prepared and positioned for success in our program. Because we value transparency and want to manage expectations clearly, we are careful not to enroll anyone who might not be fully ready to begin investing. We sincerely apologize if this wasn't communicated clearly or if it felt abrupt. If your circumstances change or if you have any questions about how to qualify in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’d be happy to assist. Thank you again for your feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly value hearing from our students, as it helps us improve and better meet your expectations. We are sorry to hear that your experience didn’t feel as personalized as you had hoped. Our program is designed to provide a mix of group sessions and self-paced learning to cater to different learning styles and needs. However, we understand that the balance may not have aligned with your expectations, and we apologize for any disappointment this caused. Regarding the content, while we do cover foundational information, our goal is to provide actionable strategies, insider insights, and a structured roadmap that goes beyond what a simple Google search can offer. That said, we completely understand your perspective, and we’ll take this feedback into account as we continue refining our program. We also want to mention that we attempted to reach out to you and Breana to address your concerns and explore how we could better support you. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response, but we’re still here and eager to help in any way we can. Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly if you’d like to discuss this further or if there’s anything we can do to improve your experience moving forward. Thank you again for your review. We hope to work together to ensure you get the most out of your investment. Remember, you have lifetime access to our program, so you can continue to benefit from our resources and support.

Hey Luiz, Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We truly value all perspectives, as they help us improve and better serve our students. We’re glad to hear that you found value in the weekly live calls and some of the course content. However, we’re sorry to hear that the overall experience didn’t fully meet your expectations, especially regarding the price point. Our goal is to provide comprehensive, actionable strategies and insights that go beyond what’s readily available, and we regret if this wasn’t fully reflected in your experience. Regarding the course material, we strive to ensure that our modules are both practical and in-depth, offering real-world applications of the BRRRR method and other strategies. That said, we’re always looking for ways to enhance our content and delivery, and your feedback will certainly help us in that process. If there’s anything specific you feel could be improved or if you’d like to discuss your experience further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly via email. We’d love the opportunity to address your concerns and ensure you get the most out of your investment. Thank you again for your review, and we wish you the best in your real estate journey!
