Awesome company. Nader is a great CX rep. He goes above and beyond taking time to learn about our company and products. Every customer's situation is unique and he makes sure to address each one individually. We're happy to have Springboard as a partner! - Snoozy Team (getsnoozy.com)

I am so grateful that I found Springboard. I have very high standards for customer service and was quite nervous to hand this part of my business over. From the initial communications with Jonathan to now, it has been nothing less than amazing. My agent, Francesca, is absolutely wonderful and a godsend!! I can turn my attention to other tasks knowing that my company is in great hands!

Jonathan and his team are basically THE agency you need when it comes to making sure that you are delivering an amazing customer experience. They are insanely thoughtful in their responses, stay on top of tickets, and communicate efficiently with the team and implement anything immediately told around updates/things to keep in mind.
