I've been using Spreaker for over 2 years, and can't complain about anything. Everything works easily, and customer service is fast to respond if I ever need them (which I rarely do). Their programmatic ads are now an important source of income for my podcast as well.

Very attentive and communicative. That's one huge factor that sets spreaker platform. From everyone else. they are professionals and I feel heard. Even though I think the prices are a little high they work with you providing things that will allow you to upload and growl. I appreciate them for looking out for independent creators.

Sono podcaster da anni, ho iniziato proprio qui e andava bene. Attualmente non ho rinnovato l'abbonamento perchè Spotify si sta mangiando tutte le piattaforme che non si adeguano alle esigenze del mercato. Oggi vogliamo interagire con i nostri fans. Vogliamo conoscerli, avere la possibilità di una chat diretta che non ti rimandi su altre piattaforme. Spesse volte i miei fans si sono lamentati della lungaggine che li obbliga a loggarsi con email per mettere un semplice mi piace. Per non parlare della confusione che genera la navigazione nel sito. Entrano e non ci capiscono niente! Seguirò Spotify che si sta aggiornando nella direzione giusta. Staremo a vedere.

Yesterday morning, I published my new episode and then I noticed its was deleted by the Spreaker software. I contact Spreaker and right way they explain me the situation. It was an error. This morning Spreakerbsent me an email explaining what really happened and apologizing for the inconvenience. They fixed the problem and my episode is running. Spreaker is the only podcast platform that allows independents podcasters who just started to monetize their contents and you can start making money in any plan. I love Spreaker!
