If you're looking for the perfect show in Las Vegas, spotlight.vegas is the perfect Website. It offers a wide selection of shows and is user-friendly. Each show is described in details, including pictures and videos, so you can easily choose the perfect show. Plus, there are discounts available. I did have some trouble paying, as the website kept canceling my orders and I couldn’t finalize my payment. I contacted customer service and received immediate assistance. It took a little while to resolve my issue, as I also had problems logging in. However, customer service worked tirelessly to resolve my problem until I finally purchased my tickets.. Then I made a mistake regarding the date of the show, and as a result, I ended up missing it. This time we called the customer service. Tanisha was extremely helpful and immediately offered a solution that allowed us to receive a refund and still see the show on a new date. She processed the refund; we then simply purchased a new ticket for the corrected date and received a reimbursement for the cost of the unused ticket. We are very grateful for this accommodating assistance.

They will send you your tickets and charge you . Then 2hrs before the show starts they will claim there is a security issue with the tickets cancel them and jack up the price for the seats. Do not trust spotlight. Vegas.

Superior customer service. I booked the wrong date. I called this company. They actually answered my phone. They then were able to switch the date and refund me the original ticket price, which was $500. They went out of their way to help me and very fast and effective. This is the best place to book tickets from Las Vegas.

This service advertises on the ticket purchase website as ‘any reason’ coverage. It is not. You will not get your money refunded. Don’t use this sham site.
