2 months ago I reordered a trail camera along with the metal safety case on their 4 pay plan. They took first payment when I ordered. Last week they took second payment but I have yet to receive the items. Sent 2 emails and no response, called them many times and get recording saying they are to busy and can not answer my call. Either ship my product or refund my money!!!

Bad experience no one can answer a phone and I am a member can't get research on any product I want my money back I give them less than one star now been using them for five years won't use them ever again if they wanted to kill their own business it would have been easier to do it a different way

Customer services is non existent! Placed an order on 7/17/20 at checkout it said estimated delivery date was 7/23/20. As soon as i completed checkout the estimated delivery date was gone. My item still hasn’t shipped. Emailed numerous times-no reply. Called said hold time was 104 minutes so I left my number to ‘hold my place in line’ and they would call me back. Never called. Called again (and again and again) received a message saying call volume is high and they are unable to take my call. All I want to do is cancel my order. Definitely should have done more research before ordering from here.

Scam company no ammo here! Waited for weeks . Something is really fishy here i am asking everyone to contact brown bear, federal and wpa wolf and see if this story holds or if its scam

I purchased 2 pails of 350 rounds of 9mm ammo on the pretense of you having availability to ship 8-3-20. Now you have moved my availability date out to 10-27-20. What is going on you are a large sporting goods chain and you cant keep a common ammo in stock? You didn't even have the courtesy to notify me of this? Great job serving your customer. Why would I ever want to join your club?? Keep up the crummy work! Company rating "0".

After ordering a couple guns from SG I found out they where not in stock. Maybe I missed something. They didn't bill me until they got them in and I decided to check them out on Trust Pilot. I was horrified. I decided to give them a shot anyway because of the killer prices and I'm glad I did. They sent them out a month earlier than expected. Since then I've bought two more guns, two M4 stocks, 500 rounds, and 11 magazines that shipped immediately. They even refunded me for my membership that I actually used to buy the first two rifles. I'd give em 5⭐s but it bugged me they didn't make it more apparent the guns where out of stock. I don't fully understand all the bad press. Hope I never do.

Bought ammo which was marked "in stock". Promised delivery June 9th. It's now 3 weeks late. No tracking number. No info on who they used to ship. Link within email to "check your status" links to empty page. Emailed to which their auto-response said they would give me an answer within 32 hours. Never received. Called them during business hours and agreed with automated message to call me back the next day at 12. They did not. Called again, this time could not even get an automated scheduling response.

Bought an item and once billed told me it's out of stock. One minute later, they informed me that they would credit my account. In the meantime, I purchased the item from another site. Three days later, charged my card WITHOUT PERMISSION, sent the item and they would not accept a return. Poor, to say the least, customer service and I would say don't go here as there are plenty of outdoor sites to chose from other than Sportman's.
