We are happy to hear that you had a great experience. It is wonderful to know that you enjoyed our great pricing and were pleased with the quality of your product. However, we appreciate you bringing the shipping delay to our attention. Delivering your gear in a timely manner is always a top priority for us, and we apologize for the longer wait time on this order. We share this feedback with our logistics team to help improve our delivery speeds. Customer Review Team
Update: I received my refund. I'm currently having a dispute with Sportsmans Guide about a charge. They sent us a random pair of pants and we returned the pants, with a note explaining we don't have an invoice for pants, this was their error. The lady was nice on the phone when we called about it, suggested we donate them, but we said we would return them. The fedex label we received was expired and we requested a new label. Made 2 trips to the fedex drop-off to take care of this, and then here we are 2 weeks later trying to get money back from this company for something they messed up. The original purchase was over a month ago, and we did receive the correct product after our call. Here I am now, 6 weeks later trying to get money back for a product we were sent in error and returned to them. Are they hoping I wouldn't notice? I would suggest not giving them your PayPal or card information, unless you enjoy disputing charges 6 weeks later.

We are really sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it is to deal with an unexpected charge, return an item sent in error, and make multiple trips to FedEx only to still be waiting on your refund six weeks later. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers, and we apologize for the trouble and delay this has caused. We would like to help resolve this and review options with you to make things right. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and include "Attn: The Customer Review Team" in the subject line so we can look into this for you right away. Customer Review Team
