The recipient of my last order called me immediately to mention the packaging & the quality of the food! Also appreciate the add-ons & the vegan option.

We placed an order and unfortunately it was delivered to the person who placed the order, rather than the person we intended. It arrived late Friday afternoon at the office and by Monday the soup was defrosted so we threw it out. I called Customer Service and Jupiter was awesome! I explained what happened and no questions asked, he said he would send out a new order to our friends, and they had their gift within 24 hours. Thank you for the great customer service!

We love Spoonful of Comfort! I have sent many packages to people through work, and we have personally received two packages. The packaging is really what takes it over the top. Really pretty with thoughtful quotes and touches included. And the three different soups we have tried have all been delicious. My honest bit of constructive feedback is that sometimes the rolls seem a little dried out by the time they arrive. Not sure if there's a good solution around that. That said, they're still tasty!
