Good product. However, the information I was given was for a Saturday delivery. When it was not delivered Saturday, the logical conclusion was Monday. However, it was not delivered Monday either. Delivery was late Tuesday. Essentially, this shipment had a two day commitment which took 6 days. And to make matters worse, there was no communication this would be delayed yet package was tagged with a Tuesday commitment label. Clearly this is not satisfactory.

Your cover didn't have the grommets you advertised and one of the twelve water tubes leaked.

We just opened the box to cover the pool and there is no cable or rachet lock attached. Now to get this pool covered while my husband is home we need to drive 30 miles to Home Depot to get a cable.

first order was ,the pool cover ripped but they sent a replacement asap.second order for my daughter ,they sent me the wrong size now I hope they will e-mail me a pre paid return label

i purchased Swimmer's Choice Granular Sanitizer and I could not get rid of the algae. I went through 50lb in 1 and half months. Don't get it. I also determined that Poolmate tabs don't work also. It leaves a sand like residue in the float and on the filters. It did not stabilize the chlorine in the pool so I was continuously adding chlorine, brushing the pool to keep the algae in check. So don't buy the generic stick to the name brand. They work much better. Regarding Splash Super Center, they have the products on hand, it was shipped and arrived on time. I have no issue's with them. The name brand products cost the same as a brick and mortar store so you need to weight waiting or going to the store.

I ordered a pool cover for our 18 X 33 above ground pool, the description had that it had plenty of overlap and that wasn't the case with ours. I did order the correct size, I've had this pool for 19 years. Will try another company next year......

I was disappointed in my purchase. As soon as I opened the float, I noticed the mouthpiece on the upper backrest was pushed into the float itself. I did manage to pull it out and was able to blow up the float. The cup holder is great if you want your bottle or cup to lay on an angle otherwise can't use it. Not worth the $68.00 I spent on it, even if it was on sale.

The chair was very sturdy but very difficult to put together. The bars did not line up with the sides. We put it together on a Saturday and could not get any help till Monday. Would recommend putting it together Monday through Friday.
