ordered inn november still waiting for products. contacted them and they say they have refunded but no payments back into account. very poor service avoid

I'm not sure what went wrong but after waiting forever to receive my Splash it doesn't foam up, it just sits there.

Is this a joke it doesn't even foam letter know rise. Too good to be true probably is WAST OF MONEY.

Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering, I ordered 3 boxes at a cost of £54. I have had no acknowledgement of the payment from the company or when it will arrive. I paid through pay pal they can't cancel the payment.

This is an over priced product that does not work, and we you are buying from their website it is confusing, offering you more products with little way out of ordering. Don’t but this, a plain brush works better I am updating my review because customer service was good and they refunded 1/2 my money.

I bought this product and it did come within 10 days. Used right away and it foamed up about an inch and left in for an hour and it did absolutely did NOTHING but turn the water blue. I immediately tried again using more product, still Not working. I was suckered in and now not sure how to return for my 100% satisfaction guarantee with no questions asked.

I got my Splash Foam today and tried it immediately. How ever it didn't foam up the stains in the bottom of the toilet still needed to be scrubbed away. This product was worthless. I tried it several times just to make sure I was using it correctly and still nothing happen except for the water turning blue. I mean seriously it would not foam, to cover the stains, even letting it soak it didn't get rid of the stains under the water line either. I am very disappointed.
