It was delivered quickly and I was able to track it fine. I wish it would've gave me an estimated date of arrival when I was checking out my order.

the service itself is good and i am happy with it, what kinda upset me was the delivery which cracked a product. but the company is not to be blamed here

I loved the free shipping on all orders. I did want to make a change to my order (cancel one item) a few minutes after placing the order, but I didn't have the option to do that online and did not hear back from a customer representative until after the order was shipped. A way to address this might be helpful, but I understand why given the covid-19 situation.

I gave the bath bombs to a gf - she said they smelled fantastic and were presented beautifully.

Hard to find how to buy the replacement heads but once I placed the order, everything went quickly.

Satisfied with the merchandise; and also the manner in which the transaction was carried out. Everything went smoothly from order placement to delivery.

Love the product just took awhile to get it.
