The box of bath bombs smells like dryer sheets/fabric softener. The smell is so intense the whole house smells. How is this organic & natural when it smells so chemical? I am enjoying the body scrub!

Delivery time inadequate.

My daughter was excited to get to the surprise in the bath bombs. However, that excitement quickly wore off after her 5th bath bomb contained the exact same surprise as the first 4. Her comment was " another taco kitty, lame". The bath bombs themselves were fine but no more specially than any other natural or organic bath bomb we have used in the past. Given the price and the poor experience my daughter had we won't be purchasing again.

Lost my order, responses slow and gift not arriving until after Xmas Probably would have not need sent at all had I not Sent e mail inquiring where my order was : )

Would be nice if they add shipping timelines on your checkout page + provide options for expedited shipping. It is frustrating to order and not know when the product is ever shipping.

One would assume the surprise toy is inside the bath bomb, and look like the toys in the product shots... instead they are a bunch of tiny cheap pieces of plastic toys dumped in with the bath bombs and are non desirable to children.

Wildflower Honey? Well not in this jar. There was honestly no discernable taste of Wildflower at all in product I received. It was very sweet...and for the price paid I expected a lot more. To me this was the equivalent of a processed $6.00 bottle you find at checkouts at a local liquor store.

Just expect it to take a looooong time for your order to arrive
