Overall great place for sweepstakes games. You receive daily rewards, and you also actually have an opportunity to win, all while enjoying the endless selection of games. Splash Coins, makes a wave while the others make a ripple.

I deposited $270 of my own money into this website, only for them to lock my account and force me into an exhaustive verification process. They made me wait an entire week while under review, requiring me to submit selfies of me holding my ID and photos of my payment method cards. After complying with everything and waiting patiently, they sent a generic notice permanently closing my account, claiming: "Following a review of your recent submission of a document, we have determined that the document you provided was altered and forged. These changes constitute a material misrepresentation of official documentation". This accusation is completely false. What makes it worse is their total lack of transparency and broken support. They didn’t even specify which document they claim was forged. I emailed the exact compliance email address they ordered me to follow up with to ask for clarification, and they have completely ignored me. They take your cash, lock you out, make you jump through hoops, and then ignore your emails while keeping your money based on a completely fabricated or automated error.

Hey John, Thank you for explaining your situation in detail here. We are sorry you've been facing some difficulties with verifying your account, and are happy to update it had just been reinstated, so you can get back to spinning without a hitch 🙌 Due to the importance of safeguarding account integrity, ensuring a secure platform to all, and meeting regulatory requirements - the verification process may sometimes take longer than expected. We also want you to start playing with a fully verified account as fast as possible, and take your feedback on slower than usual communication to heart. All the best, The Splash Coins Team
5 stars for the platform and all the awesome games. Love the massive welcome bonus and fast kyc process. I’ve initiated a really small withdraw and will update my rating depending on how that goes - couple things - at some point perhaps add micro bet blackjack and table games - obviously increase the speed of withdraws - but also we should have e a panel in the menu that shows our redeem banks and debit cards so that we can verify and add. I deposited with PayPal but you won’t cash out to them so I’m left with my bank which freezes my account every time I try to deposit so I can’t add the debit card for cash outs - I have to just wait and hope that my bank accepts the withdraw transfer and doesn’t freeze again. With that said I still stand by the 5 stars as long as I somehow get my withdraw.
