I placed an order after comparing it to a local website's prices that I've been happy with and ordered from in the past. I spent a long time reviewing shirts and decals. When you switch between different decal choices, the website automatically filters the in school's name. I did not catch that my final choice was missing a word, until I received the order confirmation a few minutes later. I immediately sent an email as there wasn't a phone number available. Customer service responded about 9 hours later stating they couldn't make any changes and pointed to their FAQ page. I told them that was ridiculous as it was a programming error on their site, and they should have an emergency call center or email address for quick service in cases like this. I had spent $120 and planned on ordering more over the next few months for my children's spring sports. I will never order from Spirit Shop again! Their site shows finished products and sucks you in by showing all the decal possibilities pre-filled with your school's name. Then they refuse to fix their mistake when the program fails! Their solution was for me to buy another one at half price.

I made the mistake in my order, but they made it right. I would definitely recommend.

My husband ordered a sweatshirt, received it in a timely manner. The sweatshirt fit perfectly. We noticed a letter was missing from the iron on. SpiritShop replaced the item even tho it was my husbands ordering error. Highly recommended great customer service, great quality sweatshirt.

I order apparel for my grandson Dec 8. I kept checking, finally calling the post office, then the company when it wasn't tracking as moving. The post office denied receiving it. The Company said it did. It is Dec 31 and it never arrived.

Ordered a hoodie with a logo and received it within 4-5 days. However there was an error printed on the hoodie, I emailed customer support and got a response within a few hours. They sent me a new hoodie at no charge and with no errors and I received it 4 days later. Overall shipping was extremely fast,communication with the company was easy, and they fixed the problem in a timely manner.Hoodie is also good quality and soft inside .Would give 5 stars if not for the errors on first hoodie.

Just got my package out the mail lettering missing just horrible WISH I COULD UPLOAD A PICTURE JUST EMBARRASSING FOR A SO CALL SPIRIT AND ON TOP OF THAT NO TELEPHONE NUMBER🤮🤮🤮🤮

HORRIBLE! I spent an extra 40 bucks to overnight a 130 dollar order. They arrived after 5 days and they were all wrong. Customer service did not care and said they don't do refunds. I gave one star because I had to. I am out 150 bucks and no shirts. Pathetic
