I got a call to talk through details that were not specified correctly. that was pro-active and the person was very nice. What wasn't perfect is i am not receiving emails from you despite my calling and giving 2 different emails. I would like a receipt and confirmation that my order is in process. Why don't you allow email addresses in your reviews?

chair is comfortable and durable. takes a little bit to get used to driving and steering. but over all, good decision to get one
