Easy to order battery but you said shipping was free then charge $9.99 fee. Not exactly free.

Under our shipping guide lines posted on our website there is a statement to let our customers know when ordering that certain rural zip codes may have additional delivery charges. There was a lot of chaos on an order I made due to the shipper not being able to deliver the product. After many contacts with Spinlife, the order was cancelled and all charges were reversed. Thank you, Spinlife.

Quality service and prompt shipping. Only problem was complete unassembled scooter was in one box. Extremely heavy. Should have been broken down into three boxes.

I love how easy my scooter was to put together and how easy it is to put in my trunk. The scooter is exactly as described and I love the interchangeable color shrouds. This four star review will be ungraded to a five star review if I discover that the shipping issues were solely the responsibility of UPS. The box it came in was retapped multiple times, damaged on three sides, and poorly packaged.
