We love to hear this!
Almost a year ago, there were a bunch of glitches. Those glitches have been ironed out however support is very limited compared to when the site first began. All I can say is my recent redemption has been processed but has not hit account/ once again in the beginning when site was created, it was almost instant(couple hrs). Now it’s 4 days. 72 hr pending and apparently 24 hrs to hit account. I really don’t like reading one star about them maxing people’s deposits to 1 dollar. We will see if that happens to me. Bottom line- support could do way better. Pop ups need to be more limited. Redemption times need to be better.

I dislike that it have to have a 3 day hold. I think the company does well making sure you receive the money you win at the end .
