I am unable to redeem my winnings due to none of my VERIFIED cards listed as an option to redeem and when I try to add a card that I used for a purchase it is saying I am unable to. I emailed them which they took forever to reply and they responded with it has to be a verified card on the account after I just told them it’s not an option and it won’t let me add anything!! I emailed back but nothing they take forever to respond it’s ridiculous.

Would give them 0 stars. Sent a statement of a card that is no longer in use and yet it failed verification. Sent multiple emails trying to talk to someone about getting verified to get my redemption. Customer service is what driving me away from this site. I do not recommend it to anyone.
