Excellent service! My order did not go 100% accurate, however they resolved it very quickly and 100% to my satisfaction. Honest people. If you contact them via email they will respond very quickly. The products are also of excellent quality.

I love Spider-Farmer and their products. When I 1st heard of grow tents, a friend said get Vivosun, even tho he had light leakage with his. But they wouldn't take my $$. So I found Spider-Farmer and have been in love since. Just recently I purchased my 3rd tent, the 5x5, and can't wait to get it up and going. And I can't wait for theG series 1000w light too. Gonna be so much better than the 480w. Even tho the 480w is outstanding. I got 19ozs from my 1st grow so now its gonna be epic!! Thank you Spider-Farmer for everything.

Customer service does not understand the issues presented to them and replies in disjointed English leading me to assume they are using Google translate to try and communicate back and forth between the customer

Light stopped working after one grow cycle, three months. Tried to write them and got back email after email saying they would help...that's all I got! after about the seventh one and no response from their Amazon department I've come to the end of my rope. Will never buy from this company again. Thanks.

i have been a loyal customer to spider farmer,my problem is i bought 2 se 7000 lights 7 months apro now ,1 of the lights has been great (have refered to many people)i have had a problem with 1 light the whole time ,they sent a new light stand and worked for a little while ,then would turn of when timer said but would not turn on or was very dull ,i had to wiggle wire that came out of driver ,i have been complaining about this light since i had it ,i wanted to send back but your representative (not saying names)would not allow it and had no choice in matter,now they want to send some part that i know is not the problem,as i tried good driver on light and it is dead ,i need light as i have no spare ,customer service is tha worst i have come across ,i hope they sort this out as it is bs ,i will keep u up to date on progress.and change post if sorted.edit spider farmer have contacted me and came to a solution,that is a fair solution now,there gear is very good good prices, just didn't have much fun with light that broke ,all worked out now,thanks spider farmer.
