I had messed up the address for my order and contacted customer support and Marianne H. Helped me out a ton and fixed it for me quickly and was very friendly and helpful over the phone.

i have never been here not even in the country but i saw a shirt that said "i have autism but it doesnt have me" with a lone wolf image class 10/10

My experience was actually really good. I am seeing a lot of one stars on here and im sorry to those that are disappointed with their experiences. The shipping was very fast and the quality of the product was exactly how it sounded on the website. Five stars from me!

My name is Bella and I am a femboy who has just bought a cute pair of thigh highs and they feel so soft and make me feel more beautiful. I am definitely going to be returning more often when I get more money so I can buy more items from that store.

Had the best experience today at the Spencer’s in The Woodlands, TX mall. Two employees who were absolutely friendly and helpful. I told them my needs on some items and they educated me making me completely comfortable and we laughed some. Not often a company has such helpful employees these days but Spencer’s has at least 2. So, I would like you to please give Becka and Dillion a great big thank you for a job well done.

I bought a silicone back scrubber this January n because, I have a torn rotator cuff, I couldn't use this scrubber at all. So, I contacted the seller Spencertoysusa n he responded immediately n was very apologetic, also assured me that I would get a full refund! That made me feel great that he understood my situation. This is what I call "Excellent Customer Service"
