Amazing customer service! Fast shipping!! My go to shop!!

Great customer service. Have been buying from Spellbound for a few years. Had to make a couple of returns, easy & fair. Wish the free shipping minimum was a bit lower.

Reliable for fast delivery. Too bad that my favorite item has discontinued. I tried to get something similar, but it was hard. Also, it would be nice if there is a color chart that can compare colors between different brands. The colors on the website can vary depending on the computer setup. With my new choice, I ended up with a darker color.

Always Superior Customer Care and fast shipping, great prices as well! Sherri is the best at what she does, she's genuine and real and does giveaways all the time

As always I was very pleased with this service. Great bargains, very fast delivery, always reliable. I still can't believe I got Henry Margu's WHISPER in my favorite color at such a great price! It's so unexpectedly beautiful!

This is very nice.

I was so surprised & exited when I won a $10 gift card to Sherri's wig store. Sherri is generous to offer fun ways to engage her customers in contests for prizes. Thank you again so much.

Perfect as always!!
