The service and shipping time are great, and ordering is so easy. It's the best place I've found online to order toppers, and the personal attention and advice by customer service is terrific. Both times I've ordered have been so good that I will continue to be a regular customer.

Best experience with online wig ordering I've ever had. Good communication and the product info and pictures accurately reflect the wig I received.

There are other websites for wigs with similar sales, payment options, and return policies. But I prefer spellbound wigs over all of them. Sherri goes above and beyond for us.

I'm a beginner, and Sherri went above and beyond to answer whatever question I had about my first wig. She's patient, knowledgeable, and provides the best customer service ever. Price was reasonable, and shipping was fast. I definitely recommend her! Thank you, Sherri!
