I’m very disappointed with SpeedRDP. I paid for a service over 24 hours ago and still haven’t received what I paid for. I reached out to customer support multiple times—no response, no update, no explanation. This delay is completely unacceptable. If you're not ready to deliver what you promise, stop taking people’s money. Either send me the service I paid for immediately or refund me in full. SpeedRDP team, if you’re not serious about running a proper business, shut the website down and stop frustrating honest customers. I expect a response ASAP

( Update ) After receiving no response, SpeedRDP asked for more information and claimed I was referring to another business. However, I was clearly talking about their business,I have now contacted my bank and will proceed with a chargeback soon. ----------- ( Original ) I purchased an RDP 24 hours ago (Invoice #3415), but my card was charged twice for the same purchase. I immediately created a support ticket, but it’s been 24 hours with no response, no RDP access, and no explanation. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I’ll have to consider other options. Avoid this service if you want reliability and timely support. Very disappointed so far. View Ticket #899489

i paid $5 and for shared RDP after 5 days still not get any response from this fraud website please stay away from this scammer fraud website don;t waste your money on this fake website.
