Hi David, We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. It's important to clarify some misconceptions mentioned in your review. Our standard practice is to work on the duplicate of your live theme to ensure that your live site remains unaffected and experiences no downtime during our optimization process. We understand the importance of preserving your live site, and our approach is designed to prevent any unintended consequences. Regarding theme updates, our developers optimize your site based on the existing theme version. Updating themes to the latest version falls outside the scope of our project, as it could potentially introduce compatibility issues and conflicts with your existing setup. We focus on optimizing your site as is, without making broader changes to your theme. We want to emphasize that our developers cannot delete templates or uninstall apps directly due to the limitations set by Shopify. Our optimization efforts are targeted at improving the existing structure without compromising essential elements of your store. The claim of rolling back your homepage every couple of days is not accurate. As mentioned earlier, our work is done on a duplicate theme, ensuring that any changes made during the optimization process are isolated from your live site. We take great care to avoid disruptions to your content, such as banners on your homepage. Regarding the $150 charge for our Developer Analysis service, this fee is associated with the labor involved in a thorough analysis by our developer. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes during the analysis because each theme is unique, and the cause of issues may vary. The purpose of this service is to deep dive into the problem, identify the root cause, and provide recommendations for a potential solution. We understand your concerns and value your feedback. If there are specific issues you would like us to reevaluate or if you have further questions, please reach out to us directly. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and resolving any issues you may have. Thank you for your understanding. - The SpeedBoostr Team
