I saw nothing n my settings about auto renewal and whether it was on and/or could be turned off. I did not receive email stating my service was going to auto renew but it did and I was not able to get it canceled. With everything else going on in my life my memory was that I only purchased a year of service. Due to poor customer service and just so so content I definitely will not continue using this site as a source for CEUs and would not recommend to a friend.
