We’re truly sorry to hear this has been your experience, and we understand how frustrating it is to deal with phone issues for this long. This is not the level of service we want any customer to receive, and we’d like to understand exactly what happened so we can make it right. We’ve requested your contact information through Trustpilot so we can reach out directly, and we’d welcome the chance to go through everything with you in detail.

Robin, thank you for sharing this, and I'm sorry you had this experience. That's unacceptable, and we want to understand what happened. For context, SpectrumVoIP and Charter Spectrum are separate companies, and our team is trained to make that distinction clear rather than lean on it. We also don't coach anyone to tell a business their phone service is being discontinued as a way to win them over. So while we take what you experienced seriously, we'd like the chance to look into who actually made that call, since Charter Spectrum's name gets used by a lot of callers who have nothing to do with either of us. If you're able to send the callback number, caller ID, or date to [email protected], we'll dig into it and follow up with you.

Hi Jay, We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience. That’s certainly not the experience we want for any customer. After seeing your review, we took the time to look into your account history to better understand the situation. Our records show that your primary number was successfully ported to another provider last August. Prior to that, our team spoke with you regarding billing and contract questions, including a request to buy out the remaining term of the agreement, which unfortunately we were unable to accommodate. During those conversations, our Customer Success team also offered to assist with any service issues if they were occurring. We always want to help resolve problems when they arise and support our customers whenever possible. If you’d like us to review anything further, please reach out to our Customer Success team at [email protected] or call 469-802-0050, and mention this review so we can quickly locate your account.
