SpectrumbpoReviews of spectrumbpo.com

Spectrum provides incredible monitoring of my business and they are excellent help with any issues that might come up! They provide thorough research and help guiding me as the business grows! Excellent on creating A+ content! The communication is wonderful! Highly recommend!

I used Spectrum for my Amazon A+ content and store front. They made creating these parts of my listing easy and have good style. When the project was finished and I asked for several changes, they responded quickly. I would work with them again on my next listing.

I have worked with this team for about a year. From the get go, they provided me with a comprehensive audit on my amazon listing and product. Following a contract, I was paired with a team who was working on my account for 2 hours daily while providing me with a daily agenda of their work on my account (i.e. taking overall account overview, optimizing all running Campaigns, doing negative targeting, launching new campaigns and making posts). Their transparency is clear and they often times provided me with suggestions to improve performance. They were diligent with filing cases re:inventory and tracking. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for total account management for their listing. Even after our contract was over, they still communicated and refined some of the bids to remain proactive following their involvement on the listing.

I've been working with Spectrum BPO for a couple of years, and I highly recommend them! They have helped take our granola sales to the next growth stage on Amazon ~ we couldn't have done it without them. They are dedicated to our success, and are extremely easy to work with and communicate with. They've done an incredible job improving our Amazon store content, and they manage the ad campaigns in a very smart and cost-efficient way. I would recommend any business to hire this fantastic team of people!!!

We have been working with Spectrum BPO for many years now and would highly recommend them to manage ones Amazon campaigns. The team is very responsive, knowledgable and very capable to ensure we exceed our metrics. If someone is looking for an outsourced partner, then I would highly recommend that you speak with the Spectrum BPO team.

I highly recommend Spectrum. They are an extremely caring and professional team and I'm so happy that we were able to connect!

My experience with Spectrum has been a very positive one. They are very knowledgeable and professional. It is easy to communicate with them and they have personnel with high expertise. I highly recommend them!

Working with Zee and Usama has been nothing short of amazing, informative and professional and clearly very talented. I have had several small businesses and coming in with an unclear understanding of the E-commerce business, these guys really helped me understand and the trust was needed in order to have a great working relationship I received from them. They clearly went beyond all my expectations of their talent, patience and work ethic. I highly and strongly recommend this company. One has no worries as long as these guys are there for you. Many, many thanks to this amazing team! I have learned so much in a short period of time. Thanks!!
