I placed an order that I needed to adjust and received a response from Carly in less than 24 hours. They were able to help me with exactly what I was asking for. Have had other very positive experiences with Spectrum in the past as well.

Spectrum has always been my go to shop. They sell a wide variety of quality toys and if you have any issues the customer service is top notch. My girl Carly responded to my email within the hour and quickly placed my order for a replacement. I recommend this shop to everyone!

I purchased a stainless steel infinity necklace/collar that was said to be 16" though I was sent a 20" item. I contacted this place to let them know, and they pretty much said too bad, saying "sometimes we all buy a product that isn't for us.' DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE>

Hi there, We're sorry you're disappointed with your purchase. Our listing showed a 6.3" diameter, which equals approximately 20" in circumference. Unfortunately, as stated in our policies, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on intimate items for health and safety reasons.
I received a defective item and emailed support to ask about what options I had, if any, to rectify the situation. Carly responded within the same day, apologizing for the issue and providing me with a store credit and a handy list of alternative and comparable products that I might want to purchase instead to avoid the issue again. This is not the only time I've had a great experience with Spectrum Boutique's customer service when an issue has arisen, and I suspect that will be the case going forward if any problems should pop up again. I will gladly continue to support this business because anyone can sell a product, but it's sadly a little tougher to find the ones that really care about the customer experience beyond just their bottom line.

I'm not sure if I'm not receiving their emails. Finally, someone contacted me via text. I got my package. I'm a happy customer. Thank you. This makes me confident to purchase more. Shipping was fast as well.

Hi Stacey, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience receiving your confirmation email. We received your emails inquiring about this and replied to you on Feb 11th with the confirmation number and tracking. Depending on your email provider, there may be a filter preventing our emails from reaching you given the nature of the products we sell. Please check your spam/junk folder and feel free to reply to the email we have sent there. Thanks so much for reaching out and please let us know if that doesn’t fix the problem!
Items were shipped quickly and without issue. However I never received an email confirmation of my order nor any tracking/shipping info from them until after I posted a bad review. I tried contacting them on every platform where they have a presence but only got an email from them after the bad review despite then claiming to have emailed me several times over. It took 4 emails and a bad review before I got any shipping info or even my order number. Apparently part of the issue is they don't answer emails on the weekends. Fyi, if you need customer service over the weekend you're sol

Hi there! This order shipped out the same day as it was placed — I have replied to your DMs and emails with tracking information, and assure you that your order is on its way to you. Please check your junk folder to see if our email confirmation was accidentally filtered there.
I got a super fast response after sending an inquiry regarding the shipping on my order still showing up as “processing” after quite awhile. I didn’t expect to even get an answer with my email being two days before Christmas, but I did! Carly responded promptly, clearly, and kindly, with a fix to the issue. She was also very forthcoming about the issue being a tech problem and finding out what they could do to right it. The issue was really out of their control so the fact that they ended up expediting shopping once it was corrected and offering a coupon was really awesome.

Excellent customer service. The product I ordered was defective and an email was all it took to get an exchange processed. I received a new product no questions asked, no fuss. Spectrum has never disapointed.
