We are an authorized Matsuda retailer, which can be verified directly with Matsuda - North America. When you brought the missing certificate to our attention, we immediately offered to have Matsuda send it to you directly or include you on an email confirmation of our authorized retailer status. We also offered a full refund if you preferred to return the frames, which you chose to do and received promptly. We use new packaging materials for every order. Any additional labels on the box would have been applied by the shipping carrier during transit, which is common practice when packages are routed or processed through their facilities. We try our best to structure our business in a way that makes purchasing frames online easy, but also have to balance costs. While customers are responsible for return shipping, we offer free shipping on all orders to the U.S. We stand behind every product we sell and work exclusively with authorized brands. Hello Kyung, thank you for taking the time to review our business, and I sincerely apologize for your experience with this order. Your order had to come from Canada to the U.S. and unfortunately got stuck in customs. A replacement was then shipped, but was lost in transit by the carrier. We take full responsibility for this situation and have processed a full refund for your order. This was an extremely unusual series of events and does not reflect our normal service standards.
