I have sent two messages asking when my order will be delivered,absolutely no response. Very poor customer service

Ordered early Spring 2026. No order received promised a refund I’m still waiting. I will never use this company again and suggest no one else does it would appear I’m not the only one to make the same complaints.

Scammers. Paid and did not receive a thing. No refund either

Very disappointed. Poor communication, poor service Ordered in plenty of time. No product received so chased. Told to wait, waited, chased again. Offered a refund. Still not received it. Chased it again.

As others have said, they take your money and then fail to deliver, say they will refund but never do

SCAMMERS Placed order for some Tomato plants and chilli plants in March, nothing had arrived by mid May, so sent the company a email. The company came back to me saying they had definitely by sent via DPD. Offered a gift voucher to use next year or a refund which they stated would take 5-7 days. 12 working days later nothing received SCAMMERS
