Hello Shreejana, First of all, thanks for being a Speaking Mug customer. We are a small and growing business and we certainly appreciate your business and your feedback. Sorry to hear that the quality of the t-shirt did not meet your expectations. After umpteen experimentations, we finally settled for Bella Canvas 3001 unisex tshirt which is soft, lightweight and should have no issues with the design/color even after multiple washes. There are bulkier and heavier t-shirts such as Gildan but those do not carry designs as well as Bella Canvas. Please feel free to see reviews of the t-shirt here or elsewhere. https://www.bellacanvas.com/3001. If you are unhappy with the quality of the design or if there are any flaws in the product, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We will do as much as we can (returns, exchanges...whatever is needed) to keep you happy. Thanks again! Namaste! - Speaking Mug
