They encourage fraud
My Amazon account was suspended for section 3. They said they can get it reinstated. After paying them $99 for an account review, they stated they can get my account reinstated. The process involves falsifying an invoices using their template and instruction. Then leveraging their back channels to reactive my account using this document. Pure fraud. I spoke to a guy name Jeffrey Colin and he said they won't have this in writing anywhere but this is how they have had success. They are part of the Amazon SPN network

I first left a 1-star review out of frustration, but after contacting them, I truly understood the situation and found their communication to be outstanding. That’s why I changed my review to 5 stars — they were very professional and definitely deserve it.
